Hartfield is a stunning contemporary home in the peaceful village of Hartburn, close to Northumberland National Park. Surrounded by three acres of lush countryside, this home seamlessly blends sleek, modern design with its natural environment.
The property is accessed via a private, gated gravel driveway leading to ample parking and a detached double garage. Its grey-stained timber cladding, inspired by local agricultural buildings, conceals features like rain gutters and window frames, creating a streamlined, minimalist look.
Inside, the home is flooded with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and high, vaulted ceilings. Thoughtfully placed windows showcase the surrounding woodland at every turn. Underfloor zonal heating and a mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) system ensure comfort and energy efficiency year-round.
